FILEMAKER: Little Filtering Action In Dialogs

Here is a little feature that I found to be quite curious. It is found in the dialog box to open remotely hosted FileMaker databases. It's a filter option. The open remote dialog box allows you to select a FileMaker server or other database host. In the case of a FileMaker server, it can host up to 125 files. If the server administrator chooses to show all these databases, the scrollable list might be a bit cumbersome.

In the following dialog boxes, you can see how you can use the little filter area in which to narrow that list down.
