Our goal in this example is to show how you can tell FileMaker what portal row to go to. Not by specifying a number or direction ... but by specifying the data within the portal row. In this example, there are three records and each has portal row data with children identified by their gender.
In the yellow box area, you select if you want to see the first male or first female record in that portal record and then click the Do It button. This runs a script and you will see the correct record highlighted in the portal. You can experiment by choosing the first male or female and watch it react accordingly.
