I am attempting to get the database to show what record out of how many records found it is showing. Is there a trick to this?
There are a number of ways to achieve this and most involve some use of the Get family of functions. Here is the calculation that I typically use and you should be able to plug it right into your tables.
Get(RecordNumber) & " of " & Get(FoundCount) &"¶" &
Get(FoundCount) = Get(TotalRecordCount); "Viewing All Records";
"Viewing Subset Of " & Get(TotalRecordCount))
