Quick Way To Review / Change Custom Menus For Many FileMaker Layouts

If you have a collection of layouts that need custom menu changes, here is a quick way to do them in a batch like manual process.

1) Go Into Layout mode

2) Choose Layout Order from under the Layouts menu

3) If needed, organize your layouts in order that makes sense.

4) Select each layout that needs changing and double click it.

5) This will bring up the layout setup dialog box and you can choose a new custom menu for that layout. When finished, close the layout setup dialog box.

Then repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have finished updating each layout.
